a day when anyone can face the sea, while we stay quietly beside that first step.

永く続くことを、目的にはしません。一人ひとりの力が育つほど、私たちはそっと後ろへ下がっていく。それが、ひとつの理想です。
We do not aim to last. The more each person's own strength grows, the quieter our step backward. That, to us, is an ideal.

What we truly hope for is that each person who goes to sea comes to face it by their own strength.
To listen to the sea's voice, prepare with respect, and act when the moment comes — we watch over that growing path quietly, a step behind.
What we wish to leave behind is not a business, but a culture that carries the sea's teachings forward.
