6. 準拠法・管轄裁判所 6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
本規約の解釈および適用は日本法に準拠するものとします。本サイトの利用に関する紛争については、那覇地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of Japan. The Naha District Court shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute relating to the use of this Site.
